Here's what you need to know for Sunday.
KEY DETAILS
Archibald Park, Beaubank Road, Kelston
8:45-9:15am - Registration
9.15am - Safety briefing for everyone going on the water
9.30am - Vessels launch and muster
10.00am - Flotilla departs
12.00pm - Everyone off the water (note we expect the flotilla to arrive back at Archibald Park earlier than this).
When you arrive, please head to the event HQ tent next to the boat ramp to sign in. By signing in you're agreeing to abide by the safety rules of the flotilla, which you'll be given a copy of.
Weather
The forecast for Sunday is looking good, but make sure you come prepared for all weather - bring sunscreen and a hat, water, a raincoat.
If the weather is not good and we need to cancel the flotilla a notice will be posted on Facebook and on the website by 8.00am, so keep an eye out for updates.
Water safety
Everyone participating in the flotilla needs to wear a lifejacket, so if you have one please bring it. If you've booked a place on someone else's boat and don't have your own life jacket they should have one for you to wear. Karekare Surf Lifesavers will be on the water ready to respond to any water safety incidents or first aid requirements.

Parking
Come into the Beaubank Road entrance to Archibald Park to drop off your vessel, and then please follow the instructions of the parking warden on where to park. If you're coming to enjoy the flotilla from land, please park at the Archibald Road entrance to Archibald Park or on a surrounding street, as parking near the boat ramp will be at a premium.
Refreshments
Bring cash for a sausage sizzle raising funds for Kelston Community Hub, or bring a picnic to enjoy by the water.
